VCP provides English, Chinese and other major Asian language transcription services in all types of media formats. We are able to directly transcribe recordings into English or Chinese as requested even if the original audio language is not in the transcribed language.
In maintaining accuracy of the transcription, the completed work is checked by separate quality control personnel.
All transcription service provided is done in a highly secured manner. When necessary, VCP is able to dispatch personnel to a client's site to carry out the transcription work. It is also a common practice for VCP to sign official non-disclosure agreements that would ensure secrecy of any transcription work we carry out.
